Optimazing UX for Kytary.cz

After UX audit and in-depth analysis of user behavior on the Kytary.cz website, I realized that improving the purchasing experience could significantly impact key metrics while also supporting the company’s business OKRs.

I completely redesigned the cart and introduced new features such as "Express Checkout," a mini cart with immediate feedback, smarter cross-selling, and clearer pricing indicators with discount badges to enhance transparency.

Additionally, I redesigned the Product Page, navigation and filtering, improved system feedback and microinteractions, and addressed accessibility issues.

Outcomes

  • 14% increase in Conversion Rate within first 3 months
  • 17% increase in mobile purchases by users
  • 20% reduction in Drop-off Rate
  • 24% boost in User Satisfaction, users constantly left positive feedback after completing their purchases

Designing Money-Saving App «My Plans»

Česká Spořitelna identified a need to empower users with a tool to better manage their finances. That’s how I began designing money-saving application «My Plans» for mobile banking George.

During this project, I collaborated with cross-functional teams and behavioral experts to discover effective ways to keep users motivated to achieve their financial goals. The App also included elements of gamification and educational modules.

After conducting hours of user and stakeholder interviews, market research, concept development, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, we successfully launched the product.

Outcomes

One year after release, and according to the latest report from 2024 74 thousand clients built a long-term reserve and increased their insurance coverage thanks to «My Plans».
